Eighty-five people in Kavre who were injured during the conflict have been named in the deceased list by the local peace committee and the task force that formed to record the details of the victims, according to a report prepared in 2012. The committee and the task force had conducted the data collection in five phases before giving the report its final, yet incorrect, form. The error was not fixed even in a book issued by the committee last year in memory of the conflict victims. Tulku Lama, the coordinator of the committee, said that it was a clerical error and that the families of the 85 people named in the deceased list have not received additional compensation. The revelation about the error has come at a time when two transitional justice bodies have started the complaint registration process from the conflict-era victims.
