Family and relatives of 15 persons who were killed by the security forces on the charges of being rebels in Khara during the conflict era have lodged a collective complaint at Truth and Reconciliation Commission on Monday. 29 members of the martyr's family who came from Khara and around registered the complaint through Local Peace Committee Rukum. Secretary of LPC Rukum, Raju Lamichhane informed that until now 46 persons have registered complaints through LPC on different cases of damage to property, injury, and killings during the conflict era. 15 persons from Khara were collectively gunned down by the security forces around 17 years ago during the conflict era and many houses were burned down. Many of the victim's relatives who registered the complaint expressed doubt as to whether the culprits would be punished and the victim's families would receive justice.
