Human Rights Committee has urged the Government of Nepal to report it regarding delay in punishing the perpetrators involved in killing a teenage girl of Kavre during the conflict.
Advocacy Forum organized a program in the capital to inform about the decision of the UN committee which monitors the implementation of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. The UN committee urged government to carry out effective and complete investigation, prosecute and punish the culprit and provide full reparation.
